They cover design and development, construction and engineering, interior and landscape design, marketing and sales of Commercial and Residential Projects in Limassol and Paphos, Cyprus.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer at CCS Stylianides Group. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for the following civil engineering tasks:

• Review project drawings and specifications and ensure that all relevant team members and subcontractors are adequately briefed.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Architects, and consultants to supervise the project effectively.
• Ensure that designs and construction activities comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Resolve any technical issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.
• Develop detailed project execution plans and contingency plans to ensure successful construction and delivery.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of project phases.
• Enforce adherence to health and safety guidelines throughout the construction of the project.
• Work closely with the all relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Conducting inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure that workmanship and materials meet project requirements.
• Develop and adhere to the project program of works.
• Maintain a daily site diary for each project.
• Measure on-site quantities of subcontractor works for payment proposals.
• Regularly monitor and report project progress on a weekly basis.
• Oversee project execution according to established plans.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering skills
• Experience in planning and management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineering License preferred
• Fluency in Greek, English is a plus
