The Position: 

Strategy and Advisory Officer. This role will be pivotal in driving the company's strategic initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and providing valuable insights to enhance the Company's non-performing loan servicing offerings.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement the company's strategic roadmap.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and industry trends.
• Formulate actionable strategies to optimize non-performing loan servicing processes and enhance overall business performance.

Advisory Services:

• Provide expert guidance to clients on NPL portfolio management strategies and best practices.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and tailor advisory services accordingly.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management and clients on the performance of non-performing loan portfolios.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Professional Body Membership and/or Master's degree will be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge required for the role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
