Job Description - Tires Sales Specialist

Inter Cars is the biggest importer and distributor of automotive spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles in the Middle and Eastern Europe. The Company's product range also includes lubricants/chemicals, tires, motorcycle spare parts, workshop equipment, tuning parts and accessories.

Inter Cars Greece is looking for Tires Sales Specialist (South Greece):

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop sales & market share in Tires Segment to guarantee delivery of sales and company objectives.
  • Implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ensuring the optimum level of service for the branches.
  • Follows and implements commercial agreements according to company policies.
  • Constantly explores new commercial and promotional opportunities.
  • Mapping and listing of possible point of sales for Tires.
  • Delivers outstanding quality to branch operations, consulting services to Branch managers according to Company’s policies, and sales strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day relations with assigned branches.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual market share, sales, profit, availability and visibility targets.

Requirements of qualified candidate :

  • At least 2 years working experience in the Tires Μarket.
  • Good knowledge of online spare parts catalogues, like Tec-doc, and e-commerce catalogues for B2B.
  • Very good knowledge of English language and MS Office.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Participate in trainings based on the aftermarket spare part industry & sales techniques to independent workshops will be considered a plus.
  • Valid driving license.
