Manifest EPC Business Line is looking for a Construction Project Manager for its projects , an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager with experience in Energy sector to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing energy construction projects (i.e. Solar PV Parks) from inception to completion. You will collaborate with engineers, contractors, design team and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects, while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver diverse and impactful energy projects. Responsibilities Participate in the feasibility assessment of the project in coordination with the Manifest teams Define the project's requirements (equipment, personnel) Conduct site visits and preparing quotations to establish the budget Identify technical specifications for RFQ and contracts in coordination with the engineering department (applicable standards, expected deliverables, documentation, etc.) Coordinate the design of plans based on defined specifications Participate in the procurement process in coordination with the procurement department Initiate purchase requests while adhering to established procedures and contribute to the assembly and argumentation of investment requests Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects Manage project budgets, including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and controlling project-related finances Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure project specifications and design intent are met Oversee procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment Perform regular inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with building codes and regulations Manage and coordinate all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports Communicate and liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to provide project updates and address any issues Resolve any conflicts or challenges that may arise during the construction process Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and promote a culture of safety on construction sites Technical and financial project management: Define the timelines for each phase of the projects Prepare quotations to establish the budget with EPC executive Prioritize interventions based on various criteria: customer requests, equipment availability, alternative solutions, etc Ensure waste management control on the construction site Monitor material supply orders for the project according to the established implementation schedule. Requirements Engineering degree (Electrical background is required) Master’s degree in project management or PMP is a plus At least 5 years of experience in execution or construction energy project management General knowledge in solar, wind, hydro, and/or storage energy fields In-depth knowledge of industrial project construction or the energy sector Deep understanding of principles of construction contracts General knowledge of construction law and labor law In-depth knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations English proficiency Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, etc.) Professional qualities: Managerial skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to respond quickly in various professional situations Resilience to stress Enjoyment of work on construction sites Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and develop action plans Negotiation skills Benefits Gross Salary from 3.500 € to 4.300 € based on experience 120 € ticket restaurant Company Car (inc. travel costs) Laptop & Mobile phone Private Health Insurance
