In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and coordinating construction activities from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

• Supervising and inspecting the work of subcontractors and construction teams to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

• Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or concerns that arise, making sure to prioritize and resolve them efficiently.

• Collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and accurate implementation of project requirements.

• Managing and optimizing resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity and minimize waste.

• Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.

• Preparing and maintaining detailed project documentation, including progress reports, work schedules, and budget updates.

• Leading and motivating construction teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.

• Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
