SoftOne is looking for a Product Marketing Associate to join our high-caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Design and maintain product material efficiently for new product releases (technical and non-technical audiences)
• Develop detailed step-by-step instructional content for customer onboarding, training material, or any other project-oriented for product purposes.
• Proofreading and editing product marketing material.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with overall audience messaging.
• Deliver a purposeful outcome that is highly engaging and effective at making our customers confident and skilled at using our products and services.

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Business/ Accounting
• 2+ years of experience working in the Business Software Sector/ IT having focused on Products and Services (ERP/ CRM/ Retail/ eCommerce etc.)
• Fluency in Greek and English along with excellent copywriting skills.
• Communication skills with proficiency in testing, writing, editing, and creating instructional/ training product content.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced agile environment creating product content, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Sharp eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and find effective solutions.
• Affinity and Hands-on Experience with the Information Technology world, you understand the use cases of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning software)
• Familiarity with SoftOne Group products & and services is a plus.
