Scope of role

Total leadership of the showroom, responsible for hitting both our new and used volume and profit targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  

What you will focus on

• Organization of the Showroom, ensuring a high level of cleanliness, tidiness and professionalism in the showroom at all times within brand guidelines
• Troubleshooting, assisting, coaching and leading the sales team
• Responsibility for the daily activity of the sales team ensuring correct level of appointments and test drives
• Meeting customers assuring the highest customer experience
• Maintaining control of all costs
• Generating vehicle quotations and finance quotes for customers
• Ordering new sold vehicles if they are not in stock
• Ensuring all cars are displayed with the appropriate level of appearance at all times
• Reporting (book of issued invoices, fuel consumption, reports on sales, created price differences etc)
• If necessary, performing other work and tasks in the department and in other departments

Requirements

• Previous relevant experience as a Showroom manager
• Passion for sales
• Full professional command of the English language
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree will pe considered as a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership, solid problem-solving, business acumen and negotiation skills
• Team-spirit
