This is a position for a Senior Partner Marketing Specialist in the Mobile Business Group , one of the fastest growing divisions for Lenovo group for brand Motorola.  This role will cover Greece  and you will report to our Motorola SEE General Manager. 

What we are looking for in this role:

Strong Retail Marketing Experience  - High proficiency in building go-to-market plans for new products; Build strong account specific co-marketing & visibility plans – offline & online; Manage team of promoters & field teams across markets – fluency with retail management tools like e-leader is added plus

Fluency in consumer marketing & communication  - Strengthen Motorola brand awareness, consideration and purchase intent with consumers and retail recommendation rates with trade partners while tracking and improve marketing metrics; Fluent in consumer communication creation – building cohesive & consistent marketing campaigns. Trans-create global campaigns into locally relevant plans; Manage brand communication for Motorola channels across key consumer communication touch points – retail, PR, Social, ATL

Strong Channel & account management  - Build & execute account level marketing plans; Good understanding of retail channel structures - margins, rebates, booklets; Existing relationships with key retailers, operators, wholesales is an added plus

Business Management skills -  Commercially suave & good understanding of financial & business metrics – revenue, gross profit, growth levers, etc.; Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams on key project – finance, product, operations, etc.

Soft Skills  - Challenger mindset – innovation & ability to work with small budget; Ability to work with heightened ambiguity & change environment; Self-starter works with limited supervision; Individual contributor role; Good communication & analytical skills

What you would have done:

Acquired minimum 5 Years’ experience of marketing in a global tech-oriented business, with marketing activities including strategy and planning, campaign development, sell-in propositions, development of training materials, traditional and digital advertising, social media, merchandising, transcreation, and budget development and control

Individual contributor experience in a matrixed brand management structure, and of working successfully across borders and cultures

Ability to influence and follow through successful plans within large, dynamic organizations

Track record of managing and growing a successful retail marketing team and initiatives of large scope, complexity and geography

Interfaced with senior management level, clearly able to articulate and win approval for conceptual idea

Proven experience with the mobile industry and fluent in social, digital media, PR

Team player that leads by example, motivates and inspires

Develops strong business relationships, and collaborates with all levels of an organization

Accomplished idea-generator who can push local teams to find new and innovative ways to maximize available resources
