Υπεύθυνος/Υπεύθυνη Καταστήματος (Nespresso Boutique)

Manages daily operations while maximising sales on the sales floor; supervises and trains all team members.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve with the team the daily, weekly and monthly sales and service levels set by the boutique.
• Leads the team by example while working on the boutique floor.
• Ensure all customers are served daily in the best possible way.
• Proactively manages, listens and interacts with customers, resolving any complaints.
• Maintains current and up to date knowledge of the Nespresso Trilogy (coffee, machines, services)
• Motivates and coaches’ team to provide exceptional service.
• Plans, identifies, and delegates daily role responsibilities (To do list for the day, roster, events participation).
• Monitors and improves service level through daily evaluation of the team to reach The Mystery Customer. Provides feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Carries out induction training for new employees, make sure employees are following working hours and uniform guidelines.
• Identifies inventory needs, carries out stock checks.

Skills & Requirements

• University Degree in Hospitality, Retail, Marketing or any related field.
• Strong Organisation Skills.
• Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English Language.
