Account Manager

We are looking for a motivated Account Manager able to work with little direction in order to ensure high customer satisfaction. The goal is to maximize customer commitment and the prosperity of business by producing results in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage & monitor all customer service requests in our customers' facilities
• Schedule and monitor our subcontractors' activities
• Guarantee that the work orders are delivered as requested
• Produce frequent and analytical offers
• Execute and monitor the entire procedure from quotations to pre-invoicing
• Team up with colleagues and pass on important information to customers
• Formulate relationships of trust with customers

Requirements

• Proven experience as a customer service representative
• Experience in technical services will be considered as an asset
• Ability to schedule and monitor various service requests to different customers under pressure
• Ability to work with figures, offers and pre-invoices
• Familiar with Excel, Outlook and ERP tools
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Bachelor degree or certification is required. Engineering degree is an asset.
