Account Manager (REF. 2019/02)

We are seeking to recruit an experienced, talented and motivated individual for the following position:

Responsible for actively managing the relationship with customers in Cyprus to promote our products and services.

• You will contribute to the annual business/account plan and execution for the assigned accounts, reporting to the Sales Manager what actions will be required for your product/portfolio.
• You will work with clients to identify new and ongoing requirements, introducing new products and services as appropriate.
• You will be working as part of a team and execute assigned tasks in a timely and successful manner
• You will be working closely with the assigned clients, regularly liaising with multiple key stakeholders and ensuring an ongoing quality relationship is maintained.
• You will demonstrate good knowledge of all our products and services, with expert knowledge in certain areas. Expected to understand the impact of their specialisation area on assigned client’s business.
• You will engage with partner vendors to make sure you remain appropriately involved and informed about their developments and offerings.
• You will provide Excellent Customer Service
• You must possess a University degree or equivalent professional level at the areas of Sales or Information Technology
• You must have a minimum of 3 years proven account management experience in B2B working for a reputable Information Technology Company and be able to prove existing account management success
• You must be commercially focused and pragmatic, have the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions
• You must be a self-motivated employee who can work alone and in a team
• You need to possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as member of a team, communicate clearly with both colleagues and clients, be able to lead and motivate within an organization
• You should be a result oriented team player, client focused and obsessed with value
• You should be fluent in both Greek and English languages
