Accountant

Responsibilities

• Book-keeping and maintenance of accounting records for local and international companies
• Preparation of income tax computations, VAT and VIES returns
• Overseeing clients’ payroll, payroll computation, liaising with HR and external providers
• Preparation of bank reconciliations and administration of accounts receivable/payable
• Liaising with clients to resolve issues in relation to the accounting and book-keeping
• Liaising with external auditors for the submission of accounting information, resolution of queries and all other relevant matters thereto

Minimum requirements

• 1 year working experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of the Greek and English languages
• IT literacy (MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel)

Emphasis will be given on

• Knowledge of CYCOM accounting software will be considered an advantage
• Work ethic and organisational skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
