The Role:
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and self-motivated professional to join our Financial Control team. The successful candidate will join a collaborative work environment and develop alongside a growing team, where the skills and competencies will be challenged.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Ensure that all financial information is recorded in a complete, accurate and timely manner
- Maintain proper accounting records
- Verify and record invoices from suppliers
- Record and check company bank statements
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations
- Deal with petty cash
- Directly communicate with suppliers and service providers as applicable
- Deal with financial paperwork and filing
- Provide general administrative support
Main requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or in any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Working knowledge of SAP accounting software will be considered an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent oral and written skills in English
- Energetic, positive, and a team player
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
