Key functions:

• Month-End Closing: Close the operating month in the EXACT program by the 10th of each month.
• Bank Transactions: Handle bank requests and loan processes.
• Auditing and Compliance: Prepare for audits and work with auditors.
• Tax Reporting: Submit VAT and VIES reports.
• Document Management: Verify and enter financial data.
• Payroll Oversight: Manage the ‘salary’ section.
• Grant Reporting: Prepare reports for The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF).

Qualification and skills:

• Previous experience in Accounting.
• Proficient in EXACT, EASYSOFT, and Excel (pivot tables).
• Familiar with IFRS and European tax legislation.
• Experience in an IT company.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Greek as an advantage.
