Accounts Payable Clerk

A wonderful opportunity has arisen within a global company specializing in offshore and marine machinery, for a Accounts Payable Clerk to join its new and expanding Cyprus office and team.

The company is an established international group of companies with over 30 years of experience providing unbeatable service to users and owners of cranes around the world. They work with a wide range of brands and manufacturers offering crane services across a variety of the following industries.

This role would suit a Finance Graduate or Junior ledger clerk who has knowledge of the basics of payables with good attention to detail. This role will report to the Finance Manager whom they will assist in the day-to-day tasks of the Purchase and Cash ledgers. You will be part of an operational team that services international companies around the world. Job Description

• Posting supplier invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Assisting the Accountants
• Credit card postings
• Employee expenses
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Payment allocations
• Outlook mailbox management
• ad-hoc financial tasks

Your Profile

• Basic Excel knowledge
• Graduate in accounting or experience in receivables, payables, and cash ledgers
• Good attention to details
• Excellent English language (speaking and writing)
