Accounts Receivable Supervisor for Costa Navarino

Costa Navarino is in Messinia in the southwest Peloponnese, in one of the most unspoiled and breathtaking landscapes in the Mediterranean. It is currently home to four 5-star deluxe hotels, The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort at Navarino Dunes, W-Costa Navarino at Navarino Waterfront and Mandarin Oriental at Navarino Bay.

In the coming years, more upscale branded hotels will be added to our portfolio, both in Messinia and Athens, including the re-launch of the former Athens Hilton.

Navarino Dunes Costa Navarino facilities include 766-bedroom units award winning Anazoe Spa, a 4,000m2 spa & thalassotherapy center, four multi-awarded, signature golf courses, over 20 fine dining venues, 5,000 m2 House of Events and a wide range of sports, such as the “Mouratoglou Tennis Center”, Bayern Munich football academy, Navarino Outdoor and many more.

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor.

As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable functions of our organization. You will ensure accurate and timely invoicing, collection of payments, and provide support to the accounts receivable team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the accounts receivable team
• Review and approve customer invoices and credit memos
• Ensure accurate and timely billing of customers
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts
• Resolve customer billing and payment issues
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer disputes
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports and metrics
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Train and develop accounts receivable staff
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor or in a similar role
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with billing and collections software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and supervisory skills
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
