The Position:
- Act as the first point of contact for client software support
- Generate, review and process financial documents (invoices, receipts, credits etc.) accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and organize calendars for the Management Team, scheduling appointments, meetings and events
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth daily operations
- Handle administrative tasks related to operations, such as document preparation and record-keeping
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2 Years of related experience is required
- Experience in financial document management is desirable
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma would be an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong computer, organizational and analytical skills
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, goal and achievement-oriented with a desire to succeed in a team-oriented environment
