Application Support Consultant

LMW  is seeking an Application Support Consultant on behalf of a leading IT company.

Responsibilities

• Support applications on medium – large S/W projects and deliveries
• Responsible for analysis, implementation, documentation and support of specialized software applications
• Parameterize existing applications to increase operating efficiency or meet customer requirements
• Participate on troubleshooting and customer support when required
• Organize business / technical workshops and deliver technical trainings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Electrical & Computer Engineering / Informatics
• 2+ years of work experience in consulting/SW support role
• Good understanding and experience in SQL and RDBMS (SQL Server or Oracle)
• Knowledge of Application servers (Tomcat or WebSphere) will be considered a plus
• Previous working experience in the banking sector will be considered a plus
• Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)
