Application Support Engineer

ManpowerGroup Greece , on behalf of its client, is seeking to hire an Application Support Engineer , to join the Support Team for a modern company constantly growing in Athens.

Our client is considered a leader company in Greece for Tax solutions and innovative installations.

📌 Location: Athens - Western suburbs

📍 Working Model: On-site Fixed hours (09:00 - 17.00)

🖋️ You will be reporting to: Head of Support

What you will do:

The Application Support Engineer for invoicing will be responsible for providing first technical support and assistance to internal and external customers in utilizing and troubleshooting their APIs.

Responsibilities:

• Offer timely and effective first level technical support to customers experiencing issues
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve API-related issues reported
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to APIs and integration platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science

• Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or technology company
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs , Protocol and web services
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Any of the following will be considered a plus

• Experience in cloud environments such as Azure 
• Experience in industry-standard relational and database systems such as MySQL, Postgres
• Experience CRM, ERP system knowledge
