Application Support Specialist - CIS (m/f/d)

Your role

Digital integration is increasingly becoming an enabler of new business. That's why we're looking for you! Application Support Specialist" in the CIS (Customer Integration Service) team, you will take on exciting tasks in the area of system and process integration. Both internally and externally, your goal is to ensure that digital processes do not end at the boundaries of our systems.

Your tasks

• Within our interface standards for customer integration, you will advise customers on the selection of a suitable connection variant. You will provide support from onboarding to implementation.
• In the area of individual connection, you analyze the process-related and technical customer requirements and specify a suitable integration scenario together with the customer.
• For existing customers, you take care of customer inquiries and fault reports for existing interfaces.
• You implement workflows and their monitoring in our INUBIT BPM Suite
• Within the GO! system landscape, you use your expertise to ensure the integration of important core systems.
• You also support the operation of our GO! web portal for smooth order entry by our customers.

Our requirements

• You have a strong affinity and passion for IT.
• Analyzing, understanding and describing process-related relationships is in your blood.
• You can demonstrate training, a degree or several years of professional experience in the IT sector.
• Ideally, you are familiar with the logistics industry or would like to get to know it.
• You are a helpful team player and not a loner.
• You remain calm and focused in stressful situations

• You enjoy communicating in both German and English and can impress with your confident and friendly manner.
