We are seeking a skilled Arabic-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our customer service team. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to our Arabic-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Job Duties
Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat channels in Arabic.
Assist clients with inquiries regarding account setup, trading platforms, financial products, and general inquiries.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.
Educate clients on trading strategies, market trends, and risk management practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and enhance the overall customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
Job Requirements
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in customer support or client-facing roles within the financial services industry, preferably in CFD trading is advantageous.
Understanding of financial markets, trading terminology, and CFD products.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
