Artwork Graphics Coordinator

International Airport Advertising Corporation (IAAC) is a multinational organization in the field of Airport Advertising. IAAC is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of an Artwork Graphics Coordinator . This position will be located in Nicosia, Cyprus and will report to the Operations Manager. 

This position involves coordinating requirements for customer specs for the Airports under management as well as reviewing electronic artwork for production and/or uploading. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

• Minimum Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience building and maintaining external and internal customer relationships
• Written and verbal communication skills in English/Greek/Other
• Analyzing / Problem solving / Diagnosing
• Planning / Implementing / Executing
• Reviewing / Evaluating / Documenting
• Learning/Researching
• Macintosh OS (would be a plus) / Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities & Competencies:

• Clearly communicate and document customer requirements
• Serve as liaison between customers, Airports, and suppliers
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Maintain accurate and detailed notes and records
• Open and process purchase orders from suppliers
• Process and coordinate art requests in a production schedule to meet customer needs
• Manage workflow of customer orders with clear and concise understanding under tight time lines
