What you will be doing
You will be part of our Assistance Team and communicate with customers via phone calls or email. More specifically, you will:
- Guide and assist customers who have suffered a car breakdown according to their needs, i.e. towing or on-site repair.
- Gather all the required information and car damage details from the customer.
- Provide garage recommendations to customers.
- Promote products and services (garage, credit etc.) to customers.
- Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance the image and public perception of the company.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Contribute to the team’s efforts by accomplishing related goals as needed.
- Assist in the development of different projects within the company.
- Assist with potential customer complaints.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales will be considered a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Team player and creative thinker.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and to help others keep calm too.
- Comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Tech-savvy.
