Assistance Team Member

Hellas Direct is a dynamic and innovative insurtech company dedicated to redefining insurance and making customers' lives better by providing them with personalised and affordable insurance solutions. We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our Assistance Team.

What you will be doing

You will be part of our Assistance Team and communicate with customers via phone calls or email. More specifically, you will:

• Guide and assist customers who have suffered a car breakdown according to their needs, i.e. towing or on-site repair.
• Gather all the required information and car damage details from the customer.
• Provide garage recommendations to customers.
• Promote products and services (garage, credit etc.) to customers.
• Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance the image and public perception of the company.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Contribute to the team’s efforts by accomplishing related goals as needed.
• Assist in the development of different projects within the company.
• Assist with potential customer complaints.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales will be considered a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Team player and creative thinker.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and to help others keep calm too.
• Comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
• Tech-savvy.
