Assistant AML Officer

Seeking to recruit an Assistant AML Officer . 

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist the AMLCO and Head of Compliance with the onboarding and renewal of the KYC Due Diligence for Counterparties by reviewing documentation
• Assist on the preparation and submission of the MiFIR Report
• Assist on the preparation and submission of the Monthly Prevention Statements
• Assist the MLCO on the daily monitoring of the adequacy and effectiveness of the AML measures and procedures of the Company
• Assist the AMLCO and Head of Compliance in the development and implementation of the Compliance Framework including, among others, policies, procedures, systems, and controls
• Being updated with changes in the legal framework making relevant suggestions to the AMLCO and Head of Compliance
• Assist in the preparation of the annual staff AML training program and update the relevant registry
• Participate in the transaction monitoring process for the identification of unusual and/or suspicious transactions
• Assist in the preparation of the Annual AML and Compliance Reports
• Carry out any other duties assigned by their line manager
• Contribute to a positive and dynamic working environment

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Russian language is an advantage)
• Attention to details and commitment to high quality/error free work
• Excellent computer literacy (confident user of MS Office)
• Able to multi-task effectively, quick learning skills, self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
• Ability to work under stress
• Strong team player
• Experience in a CIF’s operations department would be an advantage
