➡️ The ideal candidate:
Fluent in both Greek and English at proficient business level
Strong telephone communication skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Computer literate and Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Communication skills and Client Centric approach
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative position within the Real Estate Sector
➡️ Primary Responsibilities:
Handling communication correspondence
Record information in CRM system
Archiving of documents
Preparation of documents and reports
Property uploading
Support to the sales team, Office Manager and Administrator

Office Hours: Monday -Friday 08:30 / 14:30-18:00, Saturday: 8:30-13:00
