Aviation Technical Coordinator & Dispatcher

We are an aviation company based in Cyprus involved in Repair & Maintenance of private aircraft.

We are hiring technical coordinators/dispatchers for our Coordination Department.

The person holding this job is expected to coordinate in a timely manner the required actions concerning the work undertaken by a team of aircraft engineers providing any kind of support worldwide. The job consists of planning and coordination tasks including dispatching engineers, ordering parts and tooling, monitoring shipments, performing work order and other paperwork reviews, compiling workpacks and estimates, preparing supports in accordance with technical manuals, monitoring communications and supporting the engineers and the activities as needed.

Job Location: The person holding this job is expected to work from the company office in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Status: Full-time position

Strict prerequisites:

• At least 5 years experience in the aviation industry
• Ability to read and understand aircraft maintenance library
• Knowledge of aircraft technical systems
• Fluent in written and verbal English (level equivalent or higher than B2)
• Previous hands-on mechanical, avionic experience will be an advantage
• Experience in quality or compliance related roles will be an advantage
