Job Description - B2B Sales Associate

Pure Yellow , an established brand providing B2B, retailers and interior designers with unique handmade goods from around the world, is currently seeking a motivated B2B Sales Associate to join our team in Athens, Greece!

At Pure Yellow "Made by hand and nature" is our slogan which encapsulates our brand and our products appeal. Handcrafted with traditional techniques and sustainable natural materials, our products are more than just home and lifestyle items; They interweave cultures, have an identity and suggest an alternative type for fashion and a different approach for the contemporary home and lifestyle by bringing an organic and serene ambience to any space!

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking Orders from Customers on-site, over the phone or online & entering the information on our ERP System
  • Escorting Customers through the Sales Process
  • Providing Customer Support & After-Sales Service via e-mails, phone calls or on-site
  • Scheduling content to grow & nurture an audience across our Social Media platforms
  • Supporting the Sales team with day-to-day tasks & projects

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree; ideally in a Business-related field
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek & English (French is a plus)
  • Problem-Solving approach & ability to work well under pressure
  • Familiarity with SoftOne ERP will be considered an asset
  • Basic accounting knowledge will be highly valued & considered a plus
  • Willing to participate in Exhibitions in Greece & abroad!✈️
