ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a Greek leading company with specialization in the manufacturing and distribution of sleep products, is looking for B2B Sales Representative.
Location: Athens
Working Model: On-site

What you will do:
The purpose of the role is to grow the company`s revenue by ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided, ensuring the business development.
More specifically:
• Identify and target potential business clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely and efficient progression through each stage.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Analyze competitors’ products and sales strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.
• Address client queries and issues promptly and effectively.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products or services to existing clients.
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics or a related field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar position in the sales sector
• Experience in the hospitality or furniture or construction industries would be considered an asset.
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and find effective solutions.
