Job Description
•Facilitating daily calls and emails, and serving as a liaison between internal stakeholders, clients, external service providers, finance, and management.
•Demonstrating an understanding of property management processes and terminology, which will be considered advantageous.
•Monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures to ensure smooth operation.
•Providing monthly reports on all accounts payable and receivable to clients and management.
Candidate Profile
•Bachelor’s degree
•Minimum two (2) years of similar experience.
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
•Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
•Fluent in Greek and English.
•Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
