📌 Location: Athens City Center

📍 Working Model: Hybrid Work Model – 09:00- 17:00

🖋️ You will be reporting to: Head of development

What you will do:

As a Back-End Developer (Node.js), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable scraping solutions to extract, process, and store data from various web sources. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of their data collection processes.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Developing and maintain scrapping services by writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Designing, code, and deploy microservices capable of collecting real time data from multiple sources
• Troubleshooting, debug, and optimize existing software for improved performance and reliability
• Collaborating in a team environment to develop new features and evolve current software systems
• Working effectively under specific timeframes within the Scrum framework to deliver high-quality software
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Back-End Developer

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js , including asynchronous programming
• Expert knowledge of Web Architectures, REST, Web Sockets, etc
• Combatable analyzing the functionality of a website
• Understanding of data formats like JSON, XML, and CSV
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong command of English, both in written and verbal communication
