Your Responsibilities: 

• Manage Property Management accounting and action requirements for IPC Property Management LTD for different projects
• Payment Schedule
• Bookkeeping for all companies & Interlink with Accountants
• Petty Cash
• Recording accounting entries
• Monthly Bank Reconciliations
• Preparation of quarterly VAT Return Forms
• Daily monitoring of company’s clients’ funds
• Communicate with payment providers and keep updated records
• Checking and paying monthly reports for monitoring
• Prepare monthly reports for monitoring
• Filing and Invoicing
• Interlink with Project Manager regarding final approval of tender

Our Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience 
• Fluency in Greek and English is essential
