Your Role

As a Business Analyst, you will work day-to-day with cross-functional client teams. You will bring your experience, fresh ideas and innovative thinking to help the team create amazing new functionalities. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

More precisely, your responsibilities will include:

• Elicits, analyzes, specifies and validates the business needs of stakeholders
• Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision
• Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements
• Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
• Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary
• Analyzes, discusses and documents new functionalities
• Collaborates with designers and software developers to create the optimal User Experience
• Creates and documents testing scenarios, use cases and support manuals
• Analyzes and monitors the market and the competition

What we are looking for

• BSc Degree in Management, Computer Science, Technology or Engineering, or any other related discipline
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills along with a goal-oriented approach
• Experience and Discipline with Testing/QA
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with Banking or Payments required
• People-focused; Empathetic, courageous, open and energetic with a natural tendency to improve others
• A strong communicator with advanced organizational skills
