JOB/PROFILE
Business Development
Engages with clients, both multinational and large Greek organizations, to help implementing change projects and increasing people effectiveness through skills development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate contact with existing and prospect clients
- Be responsible for designing and presenting proposals to clients
- Responsible for organizing projects and managing stakeholders
- Delivers training courses to attain learning objectives, mainly in the area of management, leadership and sales effectiveness, inniovation & coaching
- Apply specific method and adult learning principles, as defined by the company
- Responsible for designing new training programs & material (content)
- Participate in Dynaargie international academies to acquire new knowledge on products and training methods
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Master’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in management role
- Experience in similar Business Development roles
- Prior experience in consulting strongly desired
- Excellent command of English language
- Must be willing to travel within Greece and abroad as needed for customer work
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills are a must, including the ability to gather and clarify requirements, present solutions and convey value, manage expectations, and deliver great customer care
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Must be flexible and have the ability to work in teams or alone, influence changes, manage multiple commitments, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
