Call Center Representative

Varnavas Hadjipanayis Ltd (VHP Ltd) is one of the leading and most reputable companies in Cyprus founded in 1963. The position:

We are looking for highly motivated and energetic individual who are looking for a career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to become members of our professional team. We are seeking to recruit a Call Center Representative

Key Duties / Responsibilities :  

  • To receive and process customer orders via telephone, fax and e-mail, by recording such orders in the relevant Booklet or Order Form
  • To provide product / service information by answering questions; offering assistance to clients
  • To issue invoices after processing the orders in the ERP system ensuring that the right products and quantity are charged to the clients
  • To ensure that the right products and quantity are processed for every order
  • To ensure the timely preparation of orders to be delivered to the client according to their request and standard delivery procedure
  • To record all required information when dealing with Adverse Event Reports and/or Quality complaints according to the Company Policy

Requirements:

  • Work experience will consider as advantage
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm, dynamism, and the ability to operate within a team
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on delivering results
  • Fluency in both English and Greek, written and spoken
