What you will be doing

• Respond to customer requests for Rescue Line’s services and provide them exceptional customer support.
• Identify customers’ needs, gather the necessary information and provide the best suitable solution to the customers.
• Input information provided by the customers on our platform.

• No previous experience needed.
• High school diploma, university degree is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Decision making and problem solving.
• Able to delivery under pressure and multitask.
• Passion for technology and innovation.
• Fluent Greek and English speaker.
• Computer literate.
• Availability to work on a shift schedule.

Things to know before you apply

• Hybrid working model: Remote working is available most days of the week.
• Rotation shift patterns on a 24-hour basis.
• 5 days per week, maximum 44 hours duty.
