Car Rental Customer Service Agent

CMV Car Rentals Ltd is seeking to recruit a  Car Rental Customer Service Agent.

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Paphos Car Rental Station and serve our customers in the position of Car Rental Customer Service Agent. A successful candidate should be friendly, flexible and willing to learn.

This is a shift based position.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle the Check-In and Check-Out process for car rentals;
• Provide professional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction;
• Prepare/Inspect company vehicles.

The ideal candidate should:

• Be reliable, flexible, positive, and professional;
• Be a good team player with good customer service skills;
• Be able to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays;
• Have excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing). Additional languages would be considered as an advantage;
• Have a full driving license for at least 1 year.

Salary:

• €1100.00 six days per week commission per month & car
