Join our family at Amanzoe as a Chef de Partie - Sushi Chef at the Japanese Restaurant.
Under the direction of the Sous Chef Japanese Restaurant & the Executive Chef, the incumbent will assist in taking care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standards and qualities.
You will need to be creative, a dedicated team player, passionate about food and committed to work together with the service team to deliver ultimate guest experiences every time.
You will need to have a Degree in Culinary Arts from a certified school in Greece or abroad. You will likely already possess at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position either in a 5* hotel or in high-end Restaurants. Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants will be considered as an asset. International experience would be an asset. Fluency in English is desirable, but not essential.
