Job Description - Client Operations & Services Analyst

As a Client Operations & Services Analyst , experienced in the Debt Management industry, you will be part of our Qualco Intelligent Finance (QIF) team in Athens and you'll play a crucial part in ensuring best in class support of our receivables management services. You will collaborate with Software Development teams and Business Domain Experts. to guarantee system availability and quality of service.

A Day in the Life of a Client Operations & Services Analyst at Qualco will include:

  • Logging, tracking and resolving incidents to deliver support that meets Service Level Agreements;
  • Managing day to day Business Operations and System Administration; 
  • Managing and owning the implementation/ testing processes;
  • Analyzing and documenting new business requirements;
  • Responding to and following up on client and partners queries and issues; 
  • Creating and maintaining operational manuals and procedure documents;
  • Proactively suggesting improvements to the operational processes to advance the quality of service; and
  • Conducting system training to clients. 
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in debt portfolio operations sector;
  • Detail-oriented with high level of ownership and problem-solving skills;
  • Familiarity with operational processes and support tools, estimation and quality assurance principles;
  • Client facing/handling skills;
  • Aptitude to learn new technologies and skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.

 

What is considered a plus:

  • Working knowledge of Debt Management software and databases; knowledge of Qualco Collection & Recoveries will be considered a significant qualification;
  • Experience in working with SQL.
