Job Description - Client Portfolio Reconciliation Analyst

Role in Brief

The Client Portfolio Reconciliation Analyst will focus on the reconciliation and analysis of fees paid by our clients in their various hedge fund and private market investments. We produce portfolio level reporting which gives clients key insights into what their fees are and helps them understand if their fee structures are in line with their investment objectives.

You will work alongside a dynamic team that will challenge both your quantitative and qualitative skills and give you the chance to develop your knowledge and understanding in one of the key areas of alternative investments. This will involve working with fund managers, fund administrators and other stake holders as we try get the best possible analysis for our clients.

Insights to the Role

  • To record fees paid by Albourne clients in our inhouse database
  • Liaise with Fund Managers and third-party service providers in the analysis and data collection of client and fund data on an ongoing basis
  • To utilize Albourne's proprietary fee models to recalculate fees and ensure investments are in line with clients legal agreements
  • Work closely with various other global teams to ensure transfer of knowledge and delivery of various projects in a timely manner
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Who You Are

  • A degree holder in finance, mathematics, economics, accounting or an equivalent subject area
  • Professional competency in spoken and written English
  • Comfortable working in a big team and able to communicate effectively whilst balancing multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of R is an advantage 
  • Both working professionals and graduates are welcome to apply
