Job Description - Client Support Representative (German-Speaking) (6924)

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an international Investment Firm with regional operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a German-Speaking Client Support Representative to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Client Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients. On a daily basis you will reactively handle clients’ queries and proactively seek solutions to resolve their questions and potential issues/problems. Our client is seeking applicants who possess full verbal and written fluency in both German & English who have the desire to learn about financial markets including Forex, Global Share Indices, Commodities & Cryptocurrencies. Monday to Friday Rotational Shift Patterns Apply for this position. (08.00 – 16:00, 09:00 – 18:00, 11:00 – 19:00 & 15:00 – 23:00)

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Provide high-quality and best-in-class service to our clients across telephone calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Consistently take initiatives to resolve clients’ queries with full dedication and determination by identifying problems and solutions in a timely manner.
  • Skilfully analyse and understand clients’ needs, identify business opportunities and ways to provide best experience.
  • Proactively liaise with various departments to assist in resolving clients’ queries.
  • Proactively learn about the financial markets, CFD industry, and trading platforms.
  • Actively assist with proof reading and translation of contents as required.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Strong eagerness to learn about financial markets including forex, global share indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies.
  • Prior experience of working in Customer Services and Financial Institutions is preferred, but not essential.
  • Fluency in German and English (verbal and written).
  • Enthusiasm about customer service and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong sense of integrity.
  • Willingness to commit to long-term career growth and professional development.
  • Open-minded and cooperative personality.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
