We are excited to expand our business and we are currently seeking a Commercial Back Office Agent. You will be responsible for supporting the commercial team by handling administrative tasks, managing and collecting data, and ensuring efficient communication between internal departments.
What you ‘ll do:
Collect data and update files and reports
Support the commercial team by handling administrative tasks
Handle communications within the team
Process internal department procedures related to data and promotional activation issues
Ensure efficient communication between internal departments.
What you ‘ll need:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant field would be considered a plus
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of English (written and oral) would be considered a plus
Organizational and time management skills
Problem-oriented and attention to detail approach
