We are currently on the lookout for a data-driven Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in the success of our Sixt Division.

  The position requires the candidate to:

• Participate actively in the budgeting and forecasting processes of the Sixt Division
• Produce regular managerial reports for the Departments, with a specific focus on monitoring expenses related to Rental operations' fleet, on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Produce sales performance reports and monitor KPI’s with a view to provide insights that lead to decisions
• Work closely with the Group Accounting/Finance team to facilitate the reconciliation of Accounting, Management, and Divisional reporting
• Manage large datasets from multiple sources, including the General Ledger and Commercial Reports, and propose critical business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements and make the business case for variances
• Pinpoint discrepancies between actual and budgeted/forecasted outcomes, encompassing both sales and expenses, and proposing actions to the management team
• Prepare diverse financial and business and market analyses and presentations to convey trends, ratios, and supporting various ad-hoc projects
• Identify and drive process improvements including the creation of standard or custom reports, tools, Power BI and Excel dashboards

Requirements

The position requires the candidate to have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance or a Financial/Business Planning & Analysis Department
• Proven expertise of MS Office Suite / Power BI and exceptional savvy with Excel spreadsheets & financial modelling
• Excellent communication skills both in the Greek & the English language
