We are currently looking for a Construction Site Supervisor (Electrical) to join our Grid & Digital Solutions team as part of our M Power Projects Division in the construction site of our substations projects in Fier.
By joining this role, you’ll play a vital role in supervising site activities and ensure that construction works meet agreed specifications, design and milestones such as budgets, timescales, quality and health & safety requirements, in line with the contractual provisions.
Your role will encompass:
Supervises the site electrical works ensuring that the client’s specifications, design and requirements are met, and reports progress to the Construction Site Manager. Liaises with the project management team, subcontractors and suppliers, other construction professionals and/or institutions, members of the public and all relevant stakeholders. Coordinates and supervises subcontractors, assigns specific works and monitors their progress. Checks and prepares site reports to the Site Manager.. Secures permits and licenses necessary for the operation of the site according to local legislation. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and project specifications. Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to facilitate the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. What you bring to the role:
7+ years’ experience in similar positions. Bachelor's Degree is Electrical Engineering Work experience related to power/energy projects will be considered an asset. Strong people management experience and supervising subcontractors. Driving License. English language. Your benefits:
