Construction Supervisor

The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of “Construction Supervisor”, for its premises in Skouries Chalkidiki. The position works closely with the Construction Manager of the Construction department.

Main Responsibilities:

·      Develop and implement earthworks plans and schedules, in accordance with project specifications, budget, and schedule.

·      Supervise and direct earthmoving contractors and ensure that all earthworks activities are completed safely and efficiently.

·      Monitor and track earthworks progress and adjust plans and schedules as needed.

·      Coordinate interfaces with other construction contractors to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and to budget.

·      Inspect all earthworks activities to ensure that they meet project specifications and quality standards.

·      Ensure that all safety and environmental regulations are followed at all times.

·      Maintain and update earthworks records and documentation.

Requirements:

·      Degree in Civil Engineering TE or in related field.

·      5+ years of experience in earthworks construction, preferably in a supervisory role.

·      Strong knowledge of earthworks construction principles, practices, and equipment.

·      Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

·      Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English languages.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
