Construction Supervisor Engineer

On behalf of our client, Vitruvius Development, we're currently seeking a competent Construction Supervisor Engineer, who will be responsible for coordinating operations and overseeing work progress at construction sites, primarily focusing on residential projects (renovations and new buildings) in the Attica region.

What you'll focus on

• Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections
• Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager
• Acting as a liaison between contractors, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers to facilitate smooth communication and workflow
• Ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with quality and safety standards
• Providing technical guidance and assistance to construction teams to resolve any on-site issues or challenges efficiently

What we' re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field
• 4+ years of relevant on-site experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise teams effectively
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities to address challenges as they arise during construction projects
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
• A valid driver’s license is required
