Consultant (Compliance Support Offshore Division )

Job Description:

• Provide consultation on compliance matters within the offshore division.
• Assist clients in the preparation of reports for their regulatory obligations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide assistance to clients in obtaining regulatory approvals for key changes in their operational structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating smooth transitions.
• Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence on clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate risks associated with financial fraud and illicit activities.
• Develop and implement compliance strategies and policies tailored to offshore operations.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify compliance vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation measures.
• Stay updated on relevant regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate compliance into business processes and procedures.
• Conduct audits and reviews to monitor compliance effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Serve as a liaison with regulatory authorities and external auditors regarding compliance matters.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Finance (or related field).
• 0/1 years of professional experience in the field (no previous experience required).
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to conduct efficient research of compliance and regulatory matters.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ethical mindset and a strong sense of integrity.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
