Consultant (m/f/d) IT project management

We, the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds (GKV-Spitzenverband), represent the health and long-term care insurance funds and thus also the interests of the 75 million insured persons and contribution payers at federal level vis-à-vis politicians and service providers, such as doctors, pharmacists and hospitals. As the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds, we assume all non-competitive tasks in health and long-term care insurance at federal level.

Your future area of responsibility:

  • You will be responsible for the design, development and practical use of one or more of our customized IT applications.
  • Together with the specialist departments, you will develop and formulate the necessary requirements and plan their implementation.
  • In close coordination with our development partner, you will then design viable, economical and flexible solutions.
  • During implementation, you keep an eye on deadlines, scope and costs.
  • Finally, you are the first point of contact for content-related questions from development and quality assurance on the one hand and during ongoing operations for questions relating to malfunctions, further development and maintenance on the other.

What do we expect from you?

  • You have acquired your sound knowledge by completing a university degree in computer science or a comparable subject or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have demonstrably demonstrated your excellent analytical and conceptual skills in the management of classic and agile IT projects
  • Assessing technical solution designs is easy for you because you have already designed and developed software yourself. You are also experienced in at least one programming/scripting language.
  • Ideally, you have professional experience in the areas of social insurance and statutory health insurance.
  • As a team player, you are good at organizing and are valued for your communication skills, both written and spoken (minimum language level C1), as well as for your binding and results-oriented approach.
