Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Food preparation and cooking, presentation Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies Proper management, use and storage of all materials and equipment of the department Observance of all procedures and regulations of the department and the hotel Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Graduate of the School of Tourism or Culinary Minimum 2 years of experience ideal in a 4 or 5 *Hotel, or a high end service restaurant Food Safety and Hygiene Knowledge Creative and passionate about food and customer service Able to work in a high-pressure environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Team player Additional Information
