What you will be doing:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Food preparation and cooking, presentation
- Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
- Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
- Proper management, use and storage of all materials and equipment of the department
- Observance of all procedures and regulations of the department and the hotel
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Graduate of the School of Tourism or Culinary
- Minimum 2 years of experience ideal in a 4 or 5 *Hotel, or a high end service restaurant
- Food Safety and Hygiene Knowledge
- Creative and passionate about food and customer service
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
