Vacancy Ref: Corporate Administrator 2024UAE EXSUS TRUST is the trust and corporate administration division of EXSUS the international consulting firm (). We pride ourselves in the quality of service to our clients and on our staff. We currently wish to employ a Corporate Administrator to be based at our offices in Nicosia supporting our operations in the United Arab Emirates. Duties:

• Incorporation of Companies in UAE.
• Opening of Bank Accounts with Banks and Payment Institutions in UAE.
• Preparing corporate resolutions and minutes.
• Filings with the required authorities in UAE.
• Supporting corporate team in Dubai in corporate transactions.
• Corporate secretarial administration.
• Handling calls with clients and authorities.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration, Law or any other relevant field.
• 1 years of previous experience working as a Corporate Administrator for UAE in either a Law Firm or Corporate Services Provider is essential.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Greek & English to a business level is a must.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with WiseBos software will be considered an advantage.
